Eligibility Criteria for BIS Recruitment
Assistant Director (Administration): The candidate must complete a Degree in Law from a recognized university and have 3 years of experience in the relevant field in central Government. The age should be 35 years.
Assistant Director (Finance): The candidate must complete chartered accountant from a recognized university. The applicant’s age should be 35 years. The candidate must have 3 years’ experience in central Government.
Assistant Director (Marketing and Consumer Affairs): The candidate must complete an MBA or Master’s degree or post-graduate in mass communication from a recognized university and have five years of experience in the field of marketing in central Government. The candidate’s age should be 35 years.
Assistant Director (Library): The minimum qualification is a Master’s degree in library science from a recognized university and must have a post-graduate diploma in library science from a recognized institution. The candidate must have five years of experience under the central Government.
Assistant Section Officer: The applicant must complete graduate from a recognized university. The candidate should be at least level 6 of the national skill qualification work. The age of the candidate should be 30 years.
Personal Assistant: The candidate must finish a degree from some recognized university and should clear a computer proficiency test.
Junior Translator (Hindi): The candidate must complete a post-graduate from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. The applicant must have two years of experience in Hindi or translation work from English to Hindi or Scientific literature.
Library Assistant: The applicant must complete graduation with a recognized Diploma in Library Science. The candidate should have 3 years of experience.
Stenographer: The candidate must have done graduation from a recognized university. The applicant must have a computer proficiency test and a shorthand test.
Senior Secretariat Assistant: The candidate must have a degree of graduation from a recognized university. The candidate must clear the skill test in computer proficiency.
Junior Secretariat Assistant: Applicant must complete Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university along with proficiency up to level 6 of national skill qualification work. The candidate must be a computer proficiency test and typing speed test. The age of the candidate must be 27 years.

The admit card contains personal information and exam details. The candidate must download the admit card from the official site using online mode. The admit card is mandatory to carry to the exam hall.
