Eligibility Criteria for Engineering Entrance Exams
For Undergraduate Courses: The candidate must finish the 12th standard with physics, chemistry, and mathematics in order to be eligible for B.Tech courses. For B.Tech in Biotechnology, the candidates must have the subject of Biology.
For Post Graduate Courses: The candidate with a B.Tech degree can apply for post-graduate engineering exams.
National Level Engineering Exams
JEE Main
The candidate can get admission into NITs, CFTIs, IIITs, and many other participating colleges by clearing the exam JEE Main. The exam will be conducted online by NTA.
JEE Advanced
Interested candidates who will clear the JEE Main exam are eligible to appear for the advanced exam. Such candidates will have to register for the advanced exam.
SAAT
SAAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted to provide the candidate’s admission in engineering undergraduate and post-graduate courses. The selected candidates are enrolled in different institutes.
State Level Engineering Exams
UPSEE
The exam will be conducting the state-level Uttar Pradesh State Entrance (UPSEE). The admissions will be offered to the selected candidates into the different participating institutes on the basis of the entrance test.
BCECE
The candidates get enrolled in the engineering institutes of the state of Bihar will have to clear the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE). The applicants can fill out their application form online mode.
OJEE
Odisha Joint Entrance Examination will be regulated by the Government of Odisha to select the candidates for admission into engineering courses. The selected candidates will be provided to several institutes located in the state.
WBJEE
The exam will be organized by WBJEE. The shortlisted candidates for admission into engineering colleges of this state. The process of application will be in online mode.
MHT CET
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) will be conducted at the state level to provide the candidate’s admissions into engineering colleges.
AP EAMCET
It is a state-level engineering entrance exam that will be conducted to select the candidates for enrolment into engineering courses. The enrolment will be granted into different institutes of the state on the candidate’s performance in the entrance test.
TS EAMCET
The candidates will be able to apply for the exam online and the exam will also be held in online mode.
KCET
The candidate can get admission into the engineering colleges and can apply for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test. The exam is organized by KEA and interested candidates can apply.
TJEE
The Tripura Joint Entrance Exam will be considered for admission into engineering colleges in the state.
TNEA
The Tamilnadu engineering admission process will be carried out on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in their qualifying exam. The selected candidates will be given admission into the engineering colleges of Tamilnadu.
University Level Engineering Entrance Exams
BITSAT
Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is an online exam conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. The interested candidates can apply for the test by submitting their application form online.
VITEEE
VITEEE is conducted to provide admission to the engineering courses offered by the Vellore Institute of Technology. The application form for the exam can be submitted both online and offline.
ATIT
The IFCAI Tech School is to grant admissions into several engineering to enroll the selected candidates in different engineering courses offered by the university.
SRM JEE
The SRM Institute of Science and Technology conducts SRMJEE which is a university-level exam. The application form for this exam will be available online.
VMU EEE
Vinayaka Mission University Engineering Entrance Examination (VMUEEE) offers courses for undergraduates. The application form can be filled out and submitted online.
VSAT
The Vignan Scholastic Aptitude Test (VSAT) is to select the candidates for admission into B. Tech and B.Pharma course. The application form for the test will be available both online and offline.
AUEET
AUEET is conducted by Andhra University for the purpose of selecting candidates for admission into degree courses.
BVP CET
The Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University organized the admissions in engineering and several other courses. The application for different courses is made available separately.
AEEE
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham conducts an entrance examination. The candidates qualifying for this exam are offered admission in B.Tech degree courses at the different university campuses.
BEEE (Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination)
For undergraduate and post-graduate programs offered by the Bharath university. The exam is held in both online and offline modes.
AMUEEE
Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance exam (AMUEEE) for admission to B.Tech programs. Candidates who are interested in getting admission to Aligarh Muslim University can apply by submitting their application.
