Eligibility Criteria for JNU PG Admission

For B.A. 1st Year: Candidates must pass the intermediate examination.

For B.A. 2nd year: Candidates must pass the 1st year of the degree examination.

For M.A.: Candidates must pass the bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks.

For M.Phil/Ph.D: Candidates must a master’s degree with at least 50% marks.

MCA: Candidates must score 55% marks in Bachelor’s degree.

M.Tech: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, MCA with 55% marks.

M.Sc in Life Sciences: B.Sc. or B.Tech or equivalent in Biological, Physical, or Agricultural Sciences with at least 55% marks.

Exam Pattern for JNU PG Admission

• The mode exam is a computer-based test and the duration will be 3 hours.
• The exam will be organized through online mode and for every correct answer four marks will be awarded.
• The marks will be 100 and there will be no negative marking.

JNU Admit Card

The Admit Card for the entrance examination of JNU can be downloaded from the official website. The admit card will allow the candidates to enter the examination hall.

Result

The result of the JNU entrance exam will be declared on the official website. A separate merit list will be prepared for the candidates belonging to the different categories.
